Welcome to the 2024 Youth Player Registration!

REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN! We are currently accepting player registrations for BOTH boys and girls teams from grades 1-8th! Experience is NOT necessary! Players will be placed on a team based on their 2023/2024 grade level.

 

 Discounts available for "Early Bird" registrations, player referrals, and sibling referrals!

This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment.

Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately.

"EARLY BIRD" REGISTRATION DEADLINE IS FRIDAY, November 24, 2023! Save $25 OFF your registration fees during this period! All registrations after 11/24/23 will be full price. 

 

COACHES WANTED FOR THE 2024 SEASON! Want to get more involved? Muskego Lacrosse Club is accepting coaching volunteers for teams at all grade levels. No experience necessary. Certifications paid for by MLC. Contact us to learn more!

2024 PLAYER FEES

All players will be required to purchase thier own us lacrosse membership for the 2024 season prior to completing the registration!

 

new 2024 base player fee options! 

 

1st to 4th Grade, 8U-10U (Girls and Boys):

$250 - Base Registration Fee - 

* Players must have a valid US Lax number to participate ($30). If the number renews before the start of the season then that will show up on a US Lax registration form that is sent to MAYLA and us. 

* Early Bird Discount: $25 off if paid before Thanksgiving.

* Referral Discount (paid once registration is closed): $25 / referral up to $50

* Club provides equipment for the season. 

 

5th to 8th Grade, 12U-14U (Girls and Boys):

$400 - Base Registration Fee

* Players must have a valid US Lax number to participate ($30). If the number renews before the start of the season then that will show up on a US Lax registration form that is sent to MAYLA and us. 

* Early Bird Discount: $25 off if paid before Thanksgiving.

* Referral Discount (paid once registration is closed): $25 / referral up to $50

SIBLING DISCOUNT: $100 credit for family with two players and $250 credit for families with three players (any level) - paid or reimbursed when registration closes.

SPONSOR MUSKEGO LACROSSE CLUB:  3 levels of sponsorships:  $300 WHITE/ $600 RED/ $900 WARRIOR

 

* Player receives $150 credit for getting one $300 sponsor. WHITE LEVEL SPONSOR

* Player plays for free for getting (2) $300 sponsors or (1) $600 sponsor. RED LEVEL SPONSOR

* Player plays for free and gets $100 Burghardts Gift Card - when get any combination of $900 or more sponsors. WARRIOR LEVEL SPONSOR
